Created by crossing the Peach 7 Pot and Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion, the Peach 7 Pot Scorpion was developed by Steve Bender at Innovation Acre. The peppers are more bulbous than Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion peppers, and have the stinger-like tail that give them a distinct look. The peach skin is thin and bumpy like a Ghost pepper, and the heat level is extremely hot with a fruity flavor, similar to that of the Trinidad Scorpion. Although the Peach 7 Pot Scorpion hasn't officially been tested, it is believed to have a similar heat level at Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion pepper, which averages about 800,000 to 1,100,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU).
