Jay's White Ghost Scorpion was created by crossing a White Ghost pepper and Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion. The peppers start off light green and eventually ripen to a creamy white color. Jay's White Ghost Scorpion peppers grow into various shapes, with most having tails like a Trinidad Scorpion. The white skin is thin like a Ghost pepper. Although the heat level is not quite as hot as Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion, the peppers are extremely hot and have a sweet, fruity flavor, similar to the Ghost pepper. Jay's White Ghost Scorpion pepper averages about 800,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU).
Plants are shipped in 3 inch reusable plastic pots and are approximately 4 to 8 inches tall.
