The Devil's Habanero pepper was created by crossing the Caribbean Red Habanero and the Red Devil's Tongue. It is a rare pepper that was developed by Steve Bender at Innovation Acre. The heat level of the Devil's Habanero among the hottest of all the Habanero varieties. The taste is described as fruity and sweet, with a hint of cinnamon.

Habanero peppers are most commonly red or orange in color, but other Habanero varieties also exist. In 1999, the Habanero was listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's hottest pepper, but it has since been displaced by a number of other peppers. The Peach Bubblegum Habanero has not yet been tested, but is believed to have a similar heat level to the Peach Habanero, which ranges from 100,000 to 350,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU).

In recent years, Habaneros are becoming more and more mainstream as they are often thought of as the go-to pepper for those looking to spice up a meal. The recent surge in spicy fast food items, spicy chips, and spicy craft beers often list the Habanero pepper as a main ingredient.

At Tyler Farms, we grow our plants the old fashioned way: no pesticides, no synthetic fertilizers, and we only use all natural fertilizers such as worm castings and fish emulsion. Plants are shipped in 3 inch reusable plastics pots and approximately 3 to 6 inches tall.

We are so excited to grow this new variety. The plants showed up yesterday and we just finished planting them today. We would highly recommend Tyler Farms and will continue to do business with them in the future.
