The Cotton Candy 7 Pot is a cross between a Peach 7 Pot and a Cotton Candy Habanero. Don’t let its sweet name fool you, this pepper has some heat! Developed at the Innovation Acre at Tyler Farms, the Cotton Candy 7 Pot has a sweet, tropical fruit flavor with a heat level that is between a Habanero and a 7 Pot. The peppers start off green and ripen to peach, and most pods will develop purple blushing as they ripen. The Cotton Candy 7 Pot is milder than a typical 7 Pot pepper, but spicier than an average Habanero. It's an excellent pepper for spicy tropical hot sauces or salsas.
